Linda Vogel, with Area Agency on Aging, will be providing a 1 hour CEU presentation on "Dashing through the Dough".

Purpose: To raise awareness of holiday stress and help participants and their clients avoid unproductive and extravagant plans during the holidays.

Objectives: Learn the causes of holiday stress, recognize how stress affects you and those around you, find ways to avoid unnecessary stressors.
